Seana Doherty | Project Director
Seana has taken on a leadership role with the Mountain Housing Council as the Project Director and senior facilitator. Seana has a passion for community impact work and a proven track record of engaging diverse stakeholders in defining collaborative solutions to complex issues. She has more than 15 years experience in the Truckee-Tahoe region, providing meeting facilitation, multi-stakeholder process design, communications and community collaboration. Contact Seana

Debbie Daniel | Research + Program + Policy Analysis
Debbie has more than 12 years of experience working with nonprofit and governmental organizations in a variety of roles, from managing financial operations for the Nevada County Public Health Department and Housing and Community Services Programs to working as a federal grant fiscal compliance specialist for the US Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families. While completing her master’s degree in Public Administration at the University of Oregon, she worked as a Research Assistant designing quantitative survey materials, running statistical analyses, and writing results for contribution to journal articles. Greyson Howard | Media + Content Development
Greyson Howard has worked in journalism and communications in the Truckee/Tahoe area since 2006. Working with a variety of public agencies, nonprofits and businesses across the region, Greyson has a unique talent for turning complex information and nuanced issues into meaningful communications that build understand and community engagement. Beyond writing, Greyson brings website management, photo and video to the Mountain Housing Council project. As a long-time renter in the region, he is acutely aware of the housing challenges in the region and is eager to contribute to this process. Contract Greyson

Catherine Hansford | Hansford Economics | Economic Analysis
Catherine specializes in financial and economic analysis. As owner and founder of Hansford Economic Consulting, Catherine works in the Northern Nevada and California regions, assisting with fiscal and financial issues, infrastructure funding issues and economic development opportunities. Catherine frequently works on multi-disciplinary team to reach public-private partnerships, working with elected boards and councils through public processes. With a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from University of Nevada, Reno, Catherine is an active member of the community. Contact Catherine

Jennifer Pizzi | Project Support
Jennifer has spent 15 years living and working in rural mountain communities – recently receiving her master’s in Journalism and Communications from the University of Nevada, Reno. She manages the complex sets of information involved in the Mountain Housing Council, offering administrative support for the council and numerous working groups. Jennifer also provides research, information and community event support. As a long-time renter considering purchasing her first home in the region, the issues faced by the Council are important to Jennifer. Contact Jennifer
