Phase 2 of the Soaring Ranch project, which is part of the larger Joerger Specific Ranch Specific Plan, will include four mixed-use buildings. In February 2021, the Planning Commission approved amendments to increase residential units and decrease proposed retial space. The project will include 69 units, eight of which are to be affordable housing units.
