Martis Fund Homebuyer Assistance Program
Workforce housing is a major priority for the Martis Fund. Since 2016, the Martis Fund has invested over $2.2 million into its Down Payment Assistance Program (DPAP) to 54 households who live and work in the TTUSD school district with income levels up to 180% AMI, by providing a loan up to 10% of the purchase price (up to $50,000).
